Julia Jacklin Nashville Concert reviews
He is Eric Clapton and Buddy Guy put together
"The greatest blues musician I've ever witnessed. He emulated them all if not surpassed, Buddy Guy, Eric Clapton, both Jimmys, Gary Moore. F. M. Kirby Centre had good acoustics not great but Julia Jacklin's sound crew had tuned it to perfection with what they had. No one in the modern blues come closer to Julia in Singing, Song-writing and legendary blues & blues rock notes. He attacks every subject in his songs with immense passion and a variety of guitar solos. In this live performance his guitar solos were different and longer than his studio contribution. It is an Unforgettable and mesmerising experience. He played 4 songs from his new album Blues of Desperation, one from Driving Towards the Daylight and of course Sloe Jin. Wish I could tour with him as a fan if not a performer. I know that's insanely expensive and asking for a lot, I hope you won't hesitate because the man keeps his word. If you are thinking about going, listen and experience, he won't cancel on you even if you had to. Must watch."
